Bee Removal jobs come in all shapes and sizes. Some can be very difficult, especially if the bees are aggressive or if the colony is hard to reach. Others can be fun and rewarding. The video in this blog post is of the fun and rewarding kind.
Jeff went out to a home in Pacific Beach on the coast of San Diego. The bees were clustered in a Giant Bird of Paradise Plant. Smart Bees! If I was a bee, Id probably choose the same spot!
Luckily for these bees, the homeowners called us and we removed the bees alive and relocated the swarm to a bee clinic. There the colony will be re-queened so that they become docile and easier for farmers to work with. Check it out. No Smoke or Vacuum was needed. Just a pair of garden clippers and a temporary hive box.
